Most hotel projects pass through a designer, a joiner, a furniture importer, a kitchen supplier and a fit-out contractor. With MANARA it is one team, answerable for all of it.
Design adaptation and BOQ
We adapt the design to the operator's standards and your budget, and prepare the bill of quantities and specifications with you.
Shop drawings and samples
Coordinated technical drawings, BIM where the project needs it, and material samples or a model room for approval.
Production in our workshop
Joinery, fixed and loose furniture and metalwork are made in-house, so quality and programme stay in one pair of hands.
Procurement and logistics
Kitchens, equipment, lighting and operating supplies are sourced, consolidated and delivered to site in the order installation needs them.
Installation and fit-out
Our site teams install and finish every space, coordinated with the MEP works.
Snagging and handover
Testing, snagging and formal handover, room by room, ready for the operator to open.

- 58 units, among them suites with private pools and executive villas, with a stand-alone spa. Integrated design package.
- Cleopatra Resort
- Lobby, lobby bar, dome, a new kitchen and 31 bungalows and family units. Refurbishment and handover.
- Paradise Hotel
- Reception, lobby and bars, all-day dining, a beach restaurant on three levels and three pools. Renovation programme.
- X Lounge
- An open-air beachfront venue of 1,430 square metres for 768 guests, with pavilions, seating and service areas.

Made in our own workshop
The furniture and joinery we install are produced in-house, from bespoke counters and wall cladding to loose furniture and upholstery. When a detail changes on site, the people who made it are the people who fix it.

We take on complete furnishing and fit-out projects, from one genuine apartment or model room to full hotels. We do not supply single ready-made items, repairs or used furniture.
